Currently, I'm building SendSight to automate lifecycle journey insights for growth teams.

Previously, lead growth designer at Mercury, director of design at H1, and growth design manager at Expedia.

👋 Hey, I'm Scott, a product design leader with 15 years experience connecting design craft to strategy and growth.

I'm currently the cofounder of Sendsight.ai. On the side, I take on select fractional growth design engagements.

Most recently, I led growth design at Mercury, the banking platform for startups, focused on activation. I also helped launch a handful of new products including their Slack app and financial SaaS for Bill Pay and Invoicing.

Before Mercury, I was head of design at H1, joining at Series A and scaling design to six as a player-coach. Before H1, I was founding designer at Mystery, an entertainment marketplace.

I helped start GrowthDesigners.co, a Slack community for growth designers that has grown to 3000+ members.

I began my career at PwC building zero-to-one products, then led growth initiatives and managed a team at Egencia, a subsidiary of Expedia.

In my free time, I enjoy dad life with my toddlers, donning spandex for endurance sports, and exploring mountains near our home in SLC.
